In-house revision
In-house overhaul — transmission
After disassembly of the transmission all parts were cleaned and a diagnosis was made of all broken parts. In turn these were replaced and the transmission was tested on the test bench.
REPAIR
Replacing the EGR cooler on an ec235 internal rotation engine
After dismantling the counterweight with a excavator, the cooler was replaced and the error codes reset. All this was done at the yard.
cabin renovation
Cab overbuilt — wheel loader
In some jobs the cabin of a L350F was thrown over. The customer still had a wheel loader that they used for spare parts. We remounted this on the broken wheel loader.
REVISION
Overhaul of a front axle
We diagnosed the front axle as broken. We disassembled it in the customer's workshop and then we overhauled it in our warehouse.
REPLACEMENT
Replacing chains & sprockets
The chains and sprockets of the undercarriage had to be replaced. The track shoes were converted to the new chain.
